Comprising of high-end office and retail space, this unique and functional building contributes a high-profile architectural feature to the ADNEC development. Featuring a conventional curtain wall facade, a series of parallel, vertical building shade elements run the full height of the building to add to the layering and articulation of the façade composition. As a result of this design feature significant reductions in the solar footprint are also achieved.
