IDEA was appointed to create a new high-end residential community that would harmonize with the natural surroundings of the site. The masterplan seeks to provide luxurious accommodation and privacy within a natural environment that fosters a sense of community. The gated development consists of 3 villa types and includes a residential club, a mosque, a retail area as well as landscaped parks. The floor plan of the individual housing types follows a simple courtyard typology, clearly divided into private and social zones. The private zone is further divided into bedrooms, bathrooms and storage.

The villa types have been articulated primarily around a public/guest area and the family area. The design language throughout the spaces is contemporary classic.
