The project consists of residential villas, a 5-star hotel, offices and commercial facilities. The site is located on an exclusive, steep-sided plateau of about 440,000 m2 located within Sana’a city limits. It is approximately 200 meters higher than the surrounding areas giving it an impressive panoramic view from all sides to various sections of Sana’a, the capital.

The project is a mixed-use villa development. The first phase. Phase 1 consists of 172 residential villas and one residential block of approximately 15,000 m2 along with associated infrastructure and landscaping.
